Eating Out Gluten Free
Yes, unless you are at a 100% Gluten Free restaurant eating out is a risk. A majority of the time I am able to enjoy a tasty and safe meal at restaurants. But every now and then, something goes wrong in the kitchen and my food isn’t safe. As you travel, you will need to do your research, call ahead, read reviews and ask questions to ensure you have a safe Gluten Free meal.
All the places above I have enjoyed yummy and safe Gluten Free, I hope you have the same experience!
As I travel around the state I will continue to grow this list. Happy travels!
