Finding good Gluten Free bread is a big challenge for Gluten Free eaters. Health foods stores are filled with rows of Gluten Free brands. It is hard to maneuver through all the brands to find the ones that you enjoy. I have tried a ton but there are still brands I haven’t had the opportunity to dive into. One new-to-me brand is Canyon Bakehouse. I have heard about them from other people but never had the opportunity to try it before. A couple weeks ago I received an email from Canyon Bakehouse offering to send some for us to try. I jumped on the chance to see how the bread matched up with other brands I’ve tried. This was a huge blessing since we are now feeding the twins Gluten Free and packing lunches for school. Our goodie box was loaded with the 7-Grain bread, Cinnamon Raisin, Mountain White and Cranberry Crunch Muffins. The bread arrived fresh so my first try was the Mountain White bread. I inhaled a slice of fresh, Gluten Free bread and it was good. I used the bread to make sandwiches for the kiddos lunches. They all seemed happy with the bread and only left crumbs. We also enjoyed the Cinnamon Raisin and Mountain White with French Toast this past weekend. Here is our assessment of Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free: The texture is awesome! It held up for sandwiches, french toast and Gluten Free kids. Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free is a winner in our Gluten Free house. The highlight for the kids were the muffins, they devoured these. I really enjoyed the 7-Grain in sandwiches, it was hearty to fill me up and had a great texture. You can buy Canyon Bakehouse online or on Amazon. Disclaimer: The product was provided for us to try, the opinions and photos are my own.

Why are they adding that heavy duty useless double sealed clear heavy plastic container inside the outer wrap that was smaller than the loaF of baked bread there squeezed in it that ends up compressed, smaller and solid with weird shape as if the yeast was missing .
Even have to have a cutter cutter to even open what has been ruined with such a useless compressed box container .
Before coming up with this the bread was light , fluffy, larger and the shape of all other sliced bread .
I used tp suggest to others this bread Brand but certainly would never mention it after you have ruined what was a great brand by such a useless bag .
WhaT A WASTE .
