Ian’s creates high quality, allergy friendly products for the whole family. Their product offering varies from breakfast foods, to snacks, to entrees and desserts. If you are looking for some tasty Gluten Free frozen food products check your local health food store for some Ian’s products.
With some new products coming out, Ian’s sent us some goodies to try! We received the Southwest Chicken Tenders, Supreme French Bread Pizza and the Pancrepes in sausage and blueberry flavors.
We started with the French Bread Pizza. It cooked up nicely in the microwave. It had a nice crunch and the toppings were good. The bread does have garabanzo bean flour, which I find has a strange after taste and isn’t my favorite. But if you are a fan of bean flours you will enjoy these pizzas.
We then moved on the the Southwest Chicken Tenders. The down side is they have to be cooked in the oven so you have to plan ahead. However, the oven gives them a fantastic crust. I enjoyed mine on a salad and the kids ate them plain.
The Pancrepes are a Gluten Free pancake filled with fruit or sausage. The blueberry was our favorite of the two. They microwaved quickly and stayed rolled up in the packaging during cooking.
If you are interested in trying some goodies from Ian’s check their website and search for a store near you that carries their products. Note that not all of Ian’s products are Gluten Free so just make sure you grab the right box when you buy one.

Nice to see them expanding their offerings – those chicken tenders look good š I am still a huge fan of their onion rings, although have yet to find them in my local stores down here unfortunately
