Udi’s was there! They had cookies to sample and sandwiches made by Jason’s Deli. They even had their new hamburger buns for display! I had to squeeze one to make sure it didn’t feel like a brick, it didn’t! Can’t wait to try one!
Against the Grain was there with their tasty pizza. They really do have good frozen pizza!
Chelbe is a company I had never heard of before. They have dry and frozen dough mixes for bread, pizza crust, focaccia bread, and breadsticks. They were sampling their Cheese bread mix and it was amazing! I bought a box!
The hall was packed with vendors and people. It was so great to see so many Gluten Free people and have so many good food options! I told my hubby how comforting it was to be a part of this community!
To read about the Expo Highlights go here.
Carrie from GingerLemonGirl did an awesome job reviewing the Expo here. I was one of the lucky ones who got some of her Chocolate Chip Cookies – Super Tasty!
The Expo also offered cooking classes and Celiac information sessions! If you are able to go next year – it is well worth the trip!
