Pizza night got a little crazy at our house last week. I asked our four year old what kind of pizza she wanted and she said mac n cheese. Now you need to know our daughter doesn’t really like pizza or red pasta sauce but she loves mac n cheese. I thought her suggestion sounded super fun so our pizza night featured Gluten Free Mac n Cheese Pizza for the kids while the adults had meat and veggie pizza.
For the crust we used Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crusts. I enjoy their frozen pizzas so I had high hopes for the crusts and I was not disappointed. The crusts are thin and had a good flavor. They were easy to cook and customize.
What You Need:
1 Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust
2 cups of cooked Gluten Free mac n cheese – I used Annie’s
Extra virgin olive oil
garlic powder
3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make It:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare mac n cheese according to the box instructions. Drizzle EVOO onto the pizza crust and season with garlic powder. Cook crust for 4 minutes. Remove crust from oven and top with cooked mac n cheese and cheddar cheese. Cook for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut up and serve to happy kiddos!
This is very fun pizza that made our kids happy. If your kids are more adventurous I could see adding olives, tomatoes and green peppers to this pizza for some fun color!
My pizza had mushrooms, cheese, bacon and tomatoes! Super tasty!
I look forward to more pizza nights with Udi’s crusts to see what else the kids come up with!
What are you favorite pizza toppings?
Disclaimer: I was given the pizza crusts by Udi’s to try and review. The recipe, photos and opinions are my own.

I like to try all sort of different types of pizza in Calgary. I’ve never tried mac n cheese though!

I used to eat mac n cheese on toast all the time, I may have to try this!
