The Essential Gluten-Free Cookie Guide is Brianna’s fabulous cookbook. She takes all your favorite cookie recipes and makes them Gluten Free. She has everything from peanut butter to bacon cookies. I did a full review of her book here. The review has the bacon cookie recipe. You can image how I feel about that one!
