It is super hard to pick our favorite Enjoy Life Foods since we all have different ones. Little Man loves the Carmel Apple Chewy Bars, while Little B loves the Light Sea Salt Plentils. My favorite depends on the time of day, during the work day I reach for the Mountain Mambo mix to keep me going and at night I need some Dark Chocolate Morsels. Full confession, I eat them by the handful and do not share them with Hubby. I even put them in the top shelf of pantry so the kiddos don’t see them. I do actually share the Mini Chips and bake with them, they are also perfect for pancakes.
For our GF twins, we have at least 2 boxes of Enjoy Life Foods cookies in their preschool class so they have a safe snack in case of an emergency. There have been a couple times where a parent brings a gluten-filled treat for the class, so it is great to have safe Gluten Free treats for our kiddos to enjoy.
The Enjoy Life Foods team is also awesome! They are at all the Gluten Free expos and events. It is always fun to hang out with the ELF team and enjoy yummy treats together.
