Tasty and healthy Gluten Free bread. No, that is not a hyperbole. There are Gluten Free breads that taste good and have healthy ingredients, they may just be hard to find among the sea of not good Gluten Free bread. One brand that I have loved for a long time is Three Bakers Gluten Free Bakery. Their White Bread Whole Grain is as close to the gluten-filled Wonder Bread I have found! It is so good you can eat is plain right out of the bag! We also really like the hoagie rolls and stuffing mix.
We recently had the opportunity to try 3 varieties that do not sacrifice taste even though they are filled with healthy whole grains and seeds.
They are:
Great Seed Whole Grain and 7 Seed Bread
Maxomega Whole Grain and 5 Seed Bread
7 Ancient Grains Whole Grain Bread
These breads are great for a quick morning breakfast sandwich, lunch on the go, school lunch boxes and for bread crumbs. So far I’ve used the Great Seed Whole Grain and 7 Seed Bread for a simple egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and the Maxomega Whole Grain and 5 Seed Bread for lunches for myself and the kiddos.
Check out the amazing texture of the bread. Do you see all the grains and seeds? When the fresh bread arrived I ate a slice of each PLAIN! They are all that good.
All of the Three Bakers Breads are:
Certified Gluten Free
Soy Free
Dairy Free – expect the pizza
Non-GMO
Low in salt and sugar
Made with natural ingredients and whole grains

I think bread is the hardest thing to find gluten free that tastes good and has a nice texture. We have tried so many and still can’t find one that we really love. Would love to try their hamburger and hot dog rolls along with this bread. Thank you!
