The Spinach Dip was a huge hit at our dinner party. The guests were not Gluten Free and since I made a Gluten Free meal, I wanted to make sure it was super good so they wouldn’t miss the Gluten. Success, they both loved the dip! One of them even scooped a big pile of it on her dinner plate and ate it with her chicken, green beans and mac n cheese! I’d say she liked it.
You can find the recipe here on Massel’s website. I modified it only slightly. Here is how I made it.
What You Need:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp Massel Vegetable Better Bouillon granules
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make It:
In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream and Massel granules. Once combined add in the spinach. Pour into a serving dish and top with parmesan cheese. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
